Use the Employee Timesheet page to do the following, depending on which timesheet you open:
Ceridian Self-Service displays the pay period's starting (Begin Date) and ending dates under the Pay Period tab. If you open the timesheet for the current pay period, you enter the hours you worked for the current pay period under the Timesheet tab.
In addition to regular hours, you can also enter hours for various pay types, such as:
Under the Summary tab, Self-Service displays a running total of work hours by pay type and the total work hours for the pay period.
You can either submit your timesheet immediately or save the hours you entered and submit the timesheet at a later date. After you submit your current timesheet, you can't enter or change information. Under the Status tab, Self-Service displays the date and time you submitted this timesheet.
For each work day on the pay period calendar, you use a list to select
the pay type for the hours you worked for that day. If the hours you worked
that day include more than one pay type, click to
display a new list of pay types.
To remove the last pay type in the list for a work day, click . This also removes the hours you entered for the pay type
and subtracts those hours from the pay type's total under the Summary
tab. If the pay type isn't used for other days of the pay period, Self-Service
removes the pay type from the summary.
